Eric St. John has worked as a full time Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Advisor since 2004 with CBRE in Louisville, KY, and as a CCIM with Neal Turner Realty since 2010. During his career, he has successfully represented national, regional and local companies in property disposition, property acquisition, lease transactions and investment sales. He has worked directly with local businesses and national brands, including UPS, Magna International, BB&T, Cardinal Health, USPS, Sara Lee, Progressive Insurance, HD Supply, Wellcare, Kindred Health and Fiserv.
Along with his experience with real estate occupiers, he has partnered with nationally recognized developers and publicly traded REITS, including Realty Income, Principal Global investors, ProLogis and Dividend Capital Trust. As an experienced CRE professional, Eric’s No. 1 priority is to be a trusted partner and valued resource to his clients as they evaluate and execute their commercial real estate decisions.
